Amazon MP3 Store
Amazon’s MP3 store will be preloaded on every G1, allowing the download of 6 million DRM-free tracks with singles starting at 89 cents. Downloading music requires a Wi-Fi connection, previewing can be done over T-Mobile’s network.

A friend of mine has a g1 google phone just like mine, but she was able to prepay instead of paying a monthly bill. How is this possible? Does a plan like this exist?
Yes, it is possible. All you need to do is just go to your local T-Mobile Store, and buy a prepaid Sim Card. At the most, they should go for no more than $8.00. Then, you will be able to text, call, use internet and whatever else you may want. I am actually considering doing the same thing because I want to buy a G1 off of eBay. Anyway, good luck. If you want more information, you can just go to your T-Mobile Store and ask, or you can call their customer service number.
I had the black G1 but when T-mobile came out with the White i had to have it. I think it looks way better in white..
To answer some of the questions..::
The white one is better than other other sidekick or phones to tell u the truth. I had the sk 2008, and the samsung behold, even the blk g1, but all together i found the white one better because you have a really nice BIG screen, you have the android market that lets you download tons of free aps that make ur phone unique and its got a 3.2 megapixel camera. The lighting on the whtie 1 is indeed lighter than the black one because the color of the keys are light so it blends in too much,making it hard to c, but still if u text a lot your fingers know exactly where to go.. (in my case)./ when i got my black g1 in october it didnt come with the adapter but when i got the white one it did. So like someone said, the adapters come with every new g1 after thanksgiving day.

My G1 with Dwang rom (which is an amazing rom btw, and I can’t thank him enough) started acting up randomly one night when I was setting my alarm for the next morning. Anything on screen I did didn’t affect the phones sleep cycle. Any hardware buttons I pressed or if I opened the keyboard that would stop the phone from sleeping, but no on screen actions even though they responded to my touch. Dolphin browser also wouldn’t respond as seen in the video.
As expected, everything is working normal after a restart, but I just thought I’d document it because I found it interesting and haven’t seen anything like that happen before.
And also it’s dwang version 1.17.1
