Well you have to …
Well you have to understand that if you only have a partial upgrade available then you arn’t looking at a full discount. Your still getting a of a deal on a phone that is practically perfect! But i guess it just matters where you put your prioritys…don’t knock tmobile for not giving you a full discount if you havn’t had your contract for long enough!

I’ve been with T-mobile for 3 years, they give a upgrade discount as 179.99-that’s cheaper than things I owned. They got good deal, I don’t need NOW as 400 bucks because I can wait. As It would be a week for me 2 get. So, It’s not a bullshit..That phone price is a best deal I ever got than Iphone that I had to sented back, they suck. Oooo! Virtual keyboard, I don’t give a about that. Full QWERTY keyboard and Android will do.

Comparing Phone and …
Comparing Phone and PS3, this is bad for real because comparing both of them are way differnt since PS3 is a portable, phone is a phone. I would prefer to get out of house and havin’ G1 2 surfin internet, talkin’ ims and seeing virtual street view dat I won’t be lost. Than stayin’ my @ home. F*#K dat .
Also I’m biggest fan of google and it’s bout time they stepped up since people say Iphone definitely suck with their service, data.
I have PS3, Xbox 360, WII and Dell XPS 420..what else??

Dude u r comparing …
Dude u r comparing a phone to s gaming system.
Thats like comparing bagles to airplanes. They r totally different things. A ps3 isn’t portable, doesnt have a phone and so doesnt xbox360. Im not saying ps3 and xbox360 r bad im just saying that everybody wants a cool phone and this is it. (or the iphone) I have a ps3 and i know that u cant call, text, bring it everywhere with you. Thats is my point.

$179 new service …
$179 new service agreement with data plan.
they want to give their LOYAL customers a BS partial upgrade .With no contract its $400Now if you want this phone, but you only have an partial upgrade DO NOT GET IT! this is why: this phone will come out to be $340 after tax AND a BS upgrade fee. If you want a ps3 or a xbox 360, get it over the G1.The g1 will last you 1 year, by the time you now it, another phone comes out. a game system will last 5 years+.

NeoMedia respects …
NeoMedia respects the USPTO’s findings & will leverage this opportunity to respond to the ruling & defend the patent that it believes valid under patent law. The company has been requested to respond to the USPTO by providing clarification & comment on the cited prior art references by Sept 3 2008. Based on prior successful patent defenses NeoMedia is optimistic that the single patent in question will be confirmed & the reexamination effort will have served to verify the strength of the patent.

quote from their blog:
the US Patent Office has rejected ALL 95 NeoMedia patent claims[...] Bascially, the patent office reviewed ex parte briefs filed by the Electronic Frontier Foundation and found a significant amount of prior art, arguing NeoMedia’s patent claims were not novel.

yeah, but who in …
yeah, but who in big business isn’t money hungry. Bill gates is just as money hungry yet puts out a shoddy product, so what’s worse? If you’re a businessman, it’s because you want money. The only artistic enjoyment businessmen have is the creation of their product which Steve Jobs does nicely. Gates on the other hand has no idea about design and creativity when it comes to his products. So who’s worse?
